Hello to anyone who has decided to stop by and look at my blog. I created this blog to help me achieve my weight loss/ healthy lifestyle goal. I am a recovery blog from bingeing, and although I hate admitting it, I still have not fully recovered. But that is why I created this blog to motivate myself, and keep myself on track.
